If a question you have is not answered here, ask it. We would rather add an honest answer than leave someone guessing.
About the organisation
Is Voice of Generations a church?
No. We do not gather a congregation, take tithes, administer sacraments or exercise pastoral authority. We encourage everyone we work with into a healthy local church, and we support local churches rather than competing with them.
Is it a school, a fund, a network or a movement?
It is a formation movement. We run structured programmes, we publish teaching, and we build relationships between people across industries. We are not an accredited educational institution, and we are not an investment fund. We do not sell securities, make loans or manage anyone's money.
Where is it based?
The organisation is being incorporated in the United Kingdom. Participants and church partners will be in multiple countries. We are not announcing a list of countries before we can actually serve them.
Who is behind it?
Dr Olusanya Olumide Adeniran founded it. Board, theological council and safeguarding appointments are in progress and will be published as they are confirmed.
How VOG differs from what you might expect
Does VOG teach that faith produces wealth?
No. We teach wealth as stewardship and value creation — building something genuinely useful and handling the proceeds well. Giving does not produce returns, faith does not produce income, and wealth is not evidence of God's approval.
Is VOG a political movement?
No. We form people who think biblically about justice and public life, and who serve inside institutions. We do not endorse candidates, run campaigns or claim to control policy outcomes.
Is this a platform built around the founder?
No. Dr Olumide is the steward of the vision rather than the product. The governance, the councils, the succession planning and the brand discipline all exist so the work survives without him.
Will a VOG programme get me a job, funding or a platform?
No, and we say so in the application terms. Formation develops capability and character; it is not a credential, it is not accredited, and it confers no authority in any church. If anyone suggests otherwise on our behalf, please tell us.
About participation
What does it cost to take part?
Fees, scholarships and bursaries for the Founding Fellowship have not been set. When they are, they will be published in full before anyone is asked to apply — including what happens if someone cannot pay.
Will VOG make me wealthy?
No. We teach wealth as value creation, ownership, skill and stewardship. We do not promise income, investment, employment, appointment or influence, and completing anything we run guarantees none of those things. If you encounter anyone claiming otherwise on our behalf, please tell us.
Do I have to leave my church to join?
The opposite. Active involvement in a healthy local church is something we expect, not something we compete with. If you do not have one, we will help you find one — through a person, not a public directory.
Do I have to be a Christian to read your material?
No. Our Gospel material is written for people who are not sure what they believe and who do not want to be pressured. You can read, watch and leave without giving us anything.
Is there an app or a members' area?
Not yet. This website is a public site. Courses, cohorts, mentoring and private community belong to a separate, properly secured platform which is not built. We are not going to put private member features inside a public marketing site.
About money
Can I donate?
Not yet. Public giving opens only once charity registration, donation terms, receipting, refund policy and tax treatment are approved. Until then we take partnership conversations rather than payments.
How will you report on funds?
Annual accounts with a half-year interim summary, published on this site. Restricted funds will be offered only where finance has confirmed the restriction can be honoured, tracked and reported.
Does giving get me anything?
No. There is no spiritual benefit, no priority access, no influence over doctrine and no place in any programme attached to giving. Support for pastors under the Shepherds Honour Initiative is never conditional on a person's giving, testimony or public support.
About the website and your data
What happens to what I submit?
It goes into a restricted record store, not into an email inbox. Notifications to our team contain a reference, not your message. Each form tells you its classification and how long it is kept before you send it.
Are prayer requests published?
Never. Prayer requests are private by default, are read only by the prayer team, and there is no option that shares them publicly.
Do you track what I read?
Only if you allow analytics, and even then we do not record which specific Gospel, prayer or pastoral-support pages an individual visited. We do not sell data, we do not build advertising audiences, and we never retarget anyone based on spiritual or pastoral behaviour.
Is any of this written by AI?
We use AI for internal tagging, transcription, translation drafts and administrative triage, always with human review. AI does not determine salvation, doctrinal fitness, eligibility for support, safeguarding outcomes, funding or admissions. There is no AI on this site presented as a pastor, as a counsellor, or as Dr Olumide.
About the current state of the site
Why do some pages say something is not finished?
Because it is not. Where an external step has not happened — the statement of faith adopted, the company registered, a post-holder appointed, giving opened, a figure verified — the page concerned says so on the page itself. The content around it has been approved; the thing it describes is still outstanding. We would rather look unfinished than look further along than we are.
Why are there no photographs of people?
Because we do not yet have photography with documented rights and consent. We would rather look plainer than use stock imagery that misrepresents who is actually involved.
Why are there no numbers on the impact page?
Because we have not verified any yet. The methodology is published first, deliberately. Figures follow when they exist and can be evidenced.
