Who provides this site

This website is provided by Voice of Generations, operating as Voice of Generations Ltd (subject to incorporation and name clearance). Registered details will be published on our governance page once confirmed.

Using the site

You may read, share and link to anything published here. Please do not misrepresent what we have said, present our material as your own, or use our name, logo or wordmark to imply an endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist.

The VOG wordmark and monogram are our property. They may not be reproduced, altered, recoloured or incorporated into another mark without written permission.

What our content is not

Not financial advice

Everything we publish or teach about money is general education. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, is not regulated advice in any jurisdiction, and does not take account of your circumstances. Take advice from an appropriately qualified professional before acting.

Not professional or medical advice

Nothing here is medical, psychological, therapeutic or professional advice.

Not an emergency service

Our forms are not monitored continuously and are not an emergency, crisis or medical service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

Not a guarantee

Participation in anything we run guarantees no income, funding, employment, appointment, influence or spiritual outcome.

Accuracy and availability

We take care with what we publish, and we mark content that is in draft or awaiting approval. Content marked as a proposed draft is exactly that and should not be quoted as a settled position of the organisation.

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it.

Things you send us

When you send us a message, an enquiry or an application, you keep ownership of what you wrote. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for, as described in our privacy notice. We will not publish it, quote it or turn it into promotional material without your separate, specific and revocable consent.

Please do not send us confidential information belonging to someone else, or material you do not have the right to share.

Links to other sites

Where we link to another organisation, we are not responsible for its content and a link is not an endorsement of everything that organisation does or says.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection available to you under the law of the country where you live.

Changes

These terms are versioned. Material changes are published with a change summary and a new effective date.
