Your church stays accountable to its own leadership. We do not seek members, tithes or pastoral authority, and support is never conditional on taking a programme. Read the full partnership principles.

A target is a statement of intent, not a result. The counting method and the church-health criteria come first, and the figure comes after.

A pastor of a small congregation is often the person nobody asks about. The strain is frequently financial, sometimes medical, often about a family carrying the cost of a calling — and almost always private.

The usual way this gets addressed is a public appeal and a recipient whose difficulty becomes someone else’s content. We are not doing that.
