The Founding Fellowship

Who it is for

People who already carry real responsibility in an industry, or who have a credible path to it within about two years. Founders, operators, senior professionals, public servants, clinicians, engineers, educators, creatives.

Two things matter more than seniority: that you are actively involved in a healthy local church, and that you are willing to be assessed honestly — including on the parts of your life that do not appear on a CV.

What it asks

The twelve modules

The curriculum is being finalised. Its shape is set: four modules on foundations, four on the marketplace, and four on multiplication.

Foundations. Scripture and formation. Character under pressure. Prayer and dependence. Calling and vocation.

Marketplace. Value creation and ethical enterprise. Money, capital and financial capability. Governance, power and decision-making. Truth-telling, risk and reputation.

Multiplication. Building and leading people. Systems, institutions and public good. Generosity and intergenerational stewardship. Commissioning and what comes after.

How selection works

1. Register interest. No cost, no commitment, no assessment.
2. Eligibility screener. A short set of questions establishing whether the commitment fits your circumstances this cohort.
3. Application. A secure form covering your work, your church involvement, your motivation and your references. It saves as you go, so it does not have to be completed in one sitting.
4. Review. Assessed by reviewers working to a published rubric, under role-based access and a declared conflict-of-interest process. Anyone connected to a candidate declares it and steps out of that decision.
5. Decision. You are told the outcome, the reasoning, and whether reapplying to a later cohort would make sense.

You will never appear in a public list of applicants. There is no public profile, no leaderboard and no directory.

What it does not promise

Admission and completion guarantee no income, no investment, no funding, no employment, no appointment and no influence. The Fellowship is formation, not access. Anyone selling it as access is misrepresenting it.

Cost

Fees, scholarships and bursaries are not yet set. When they are, they will be published in full — including what is available for candidates who cannot pay, and how that is assessed without exposing anyone's financial circumstances publicly.

Frequently asked questions

What is the outcome of the programme?

A leader who can apply biblical conviction to the actual decisions their industry raises, who has been assessed on character as well as competence, and who is accountable to a local church and to peers who know their work.

When do cohorts start?

Dates are pending board approval. Everyone who registers interest receives them in full, along with fees and the selection process, before applications open to anyone.

What will it cost?

Fees, scholarships and bursaries are not yet set. When they are we will publish them in full, including what is available for candidates who cannot pay and how that is assessed without exposing anyone's financial circumstances.

How much time does it take?

Twelve modules across the cohort period, with preparation between each, alongside your work. It is not a weekend course. If the commitment does not fit your year, waiting for a later cohort is the honest answer and we will say so.

How is selection decided?

An eligibility screener, then a secure application covering your work, your church involvement, your motivation and your references. Reviewers work to a published rubric under role-based access, and anyone connected to a candidate declares it and steps out of that decision.

Do I need a church reference?

Yes. Active involvement in a healthy local church is expected throughout, and we will ask someone who knows you to speak to your character.

Is there a public list of applicants?

No. There is no public profile, no leaderboard and no directory. Nothing you submit appears publicly.

What does completing it guarantee?

Formation, and a commissioning standard that means something because it can be failed. It guarantees no income, investment, funding, employment, appointment or influence, and it is not an accredited credential.

What happens after I register interest?

You receive an acknowledgement immediately, then the full details — dates, fees, scholarships and the selection process — as soon as the board approves them. Registering commits you to nothing and is not an application.
