Leadership
Conviction and competence, developed together.
Most leadership development gives you frameworks. Most discipleship gives you devotion. Very little gives you both, in the same room, applied to the decision you actually have to make on Monday.

The formation model
Four stages, in order
- 1
Gospel
A clear account of the Christian message, and a free response to it.
- 2
Disciple
Character, obedience and prayer, carried by a local church and real relationships.
- 3
Leader
Conviction and competence developed together, inside a specific industry.
- 4
Multiplication
Enterprises built, institutions strengthened, churches supported, people formed.
What is assessed
Three dimensions, scored separately
The Founding Fellowship is explicitly Christian in its teaching and values. Participation is open to eligible people willing to engage respectfully with the programme; applicants are not required to declare a religious belief or church membership.
Commitment
Commitment to the programme's code of conduct, learning activities and service-oriented leadership.
Character
Integrity in private conduct, financial honesty, and how a person treats those with no power over them.
Competence
Demonstrated capability in a field, applied conviction, and the ability to teach it to someone else.
Voice of Generations does not guarantee financial outcomes. Our teaching on wealth concerns value creation, ethical enterprise and stewardship. It is education, not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and participation does not guarantee income, funding, employment or influence.
