About

Founder and leadership

Who is accountable for this work, what each role carries, and which appointments are still to be made.

Global marketplace leaders collaborating through technology and strategy.

Founder

Dr Olusanya Olumide Adeniran

Founder and steward of the vision

Dr Olumide founded Voice of Generations to close a gap he had watched form repeatedly: capable Christians reaching senior rooms in business, technology, finance and public life without a formation that connects what they believe to what they decide.

He came to faith in 2004. He carries responsibility for the formation vision, the external representation of the mandate and the leadership of its programmes — accountable to the board rather than above it.

Governance

The bodies accountable for this work

Each is defined, and each is published with names, photographs and biographies on appointment.
  • Board of directors or trustees

  • Theological council

    In development

Adopting the statement of faith, setting teaching standards, and reviewing any content that teaches doctrine or spiritual practice before publication.

Published here on appointment. We do not announce an appointment before it is confirmed.

  • Designated safeguarding lead

    In development

Assessing every safeguarding concern, referring to statutory authorities where required, and escalating directly to the board without passing through the founder's office.

Published here on appointment. We do not announce an appointment before it is confirmed.

  • Executive and operating team

  • Faculty and mentors

    In development

Teaching modules, assessing candidates and mentoring participants under published boundaries, safeguarding training and background checks.

The oversight structure, conflicts policy and related-party approach are set out in full on the governance page.

Succession

Built to outlive its founder

Founder dependency is the most predictable failure mode for an organisation like this one, so it is addressed in the governance rather than in a statement of intent.

The board will adopt a founder covenant covering the founder’s public role, compensation, conflicts, personal-data boundaries and succession — including what happens if the founder becomes unable or unwilling to serve. That covenant will be summarised publicly once approved.
