Published before any figure appears against them, so the definitions can be challenged while that is still useful.

Pastor supported: Approved support delivered under the Shepherds' Honour Initiative. Reported as an aggregate count and nothing else.
What is never published: Names, locations, denominations, circumstances, photographs or any figure small enough to identify an individual.
Consent: Support is never conditional on testimony, publicity or endorsement, and no consent is sought as a condition of care.
