A formation movement for marketplace leaders and the churches that sustain them, designed from the outset to outlive the people who started it.
What VOG is
Voice of Generations is a digital-first movement that forms disciples and develops leaders for the marketplace. We teach the Christian faith, we form character, and we equip people to carry that formation into the industries and institutions where they already work.
We work in three directions at once. We reach and disciple individuals. We form leaders who can build enterprises and improve the systems they operate inside. And we support local churches — including the pastors who carry them — because that is where formation is actually sustained.
Where people ask how we differ from a church, a school or a fund, the frequently asked questions answer that directly.
Our theory of change
We believe the following chain holds, and we intend to publish evidence for each link rather than assert it.
- People who encounter a clear, unmanipulated account of Jesus, and who are given a genuine choice, respond more honestly and stay longer than people who are pressured.
- People who are discipled in a local church, with real relationships, form more durable character than people discipled by content alone.
- Leaders who are formed in both conviction and competence make measurably different decisions in the institutions they serve.
- Institutions run by such people produce better outcomes for the communities around them — in employment, in supply chains, in honest dealing, in how power is used.
- Churches strengthened by such people are better resourced to disciple the next generation, which starts the cycle again.
Each of those steps is a claim, not a certainty. We will report on them using published definitions and, where we can, independent verification.
Digital-first, not digital-only
Technology extends our reach and coordinates our work. It does not do the formation. Courses do not make disciples; people do. Our platform exists to connect people to mentors, cohorts, churches and communities — and to get out of the way once it has.
Our relationship with existing ministries
Our founder, Dr Olusanya Olumide Adeniran, serves as Director of Stream at COZA. That is his church service, offered in his own capacity. It is not a Voice of Generations programme, a VOG endorsement, or a governance relationship between the two organisations. Should a formal partnership ever be established, we will publish it here.
