Vision, mission and mandate
Eight commitments, one work. Read as a list they look like eight organisations. Read as a sequence they are a single answer to a single question — what does it take for a generation to be reached, formed and handed something worth inheriting?
Vision
A generation of spiritually grounded, economically capable and professionally excellent leaders who run business God's way, strengthen the churches that formed them, and hand on more than they received.
Mission
To reach people with the Gospel, form them as disciples, develop them as leaders, teach them to create ethical wealth, equip them to transform systems, help establish healthy churches, honour the pastors who carry communities, and do it in a way the next generation can continue.
The eight commitments
1. Reach people
A clear account of who Jesus is, explained in language that does not assume church background, offered without pressure or emotional manipulation. Anyone can read, watch and leave. Nobody has to give us their details to hear it.
2. Make disciples
A first response is a beginning, not a result. We publish a public guide for the first thirty days, explain the ninety-day pathway, and point people towards a local church rather than towards us.
3. Raise leaders
Formation that develops conviction and competence together. Published outcomes, published selection criteria, published conduct expectations, and a commissioning standard that means something because it can be failed.
4. Create wealth
Wealth taught as value creation, ownership, skill, capital and networks — stewarded for family stability, generosity, enterprise and the public good. Never as a guaranteed return, and never as evidence of spiritual standing.
5. Transform systems
Formation for people in technology, finance, education, health, media, agriculture, energy, law and public policy, real estate and the creative industries — so that biblical conviction shapes real decisions in real institutions.
6. Establish churches
Support for planting and strengthening local churches, against approved health criteria, counted honestly. Partnership before presence.
7. Honour pastors
Confidential, dignified support for pastors who carry others while carrying strain nobody asks about. No publicity, no testimony requirement, no conditions.
8. Disciple generations
An institution designed to outlive its founders: governance, succession, published definitions, transparent correction, and the discipline of handing over.
How the eight hold together
The commitments are sequential, not parallel. Reaching produces people who need discipling. Discipling produces people capable of leadership. Leaders create value, and value creates the capacity to strengthen institutions and churches. Strengthened churches disciple the next generation of people who will be reached. Honouring pastors keeps the whole chain from being built on the exhaustion of a few.
Cut any link and the rest weakens. Which is why we would rather do eight things slowly and in order than one thing loudly.
What we will not claim
We will not describe a target as an achievement, a registration as a leader, a click as a convert, or an intention as an outcome. Where we publish a number, we will publish its definition, its date range, its geography and its evidence status alongside it.
