Where will you lead?

Formation that stays generic does not survive contact with a real industry. The ethical questions facing a credit officer, a hospital director and a games studio founder are not the same questions.

How councils work

A council forms the people in its domain, produces research on the questions that domain actually faces, and enables collaboration between people solving the same problem in different organisations.

  • Formation

Peer learning and applied case work with people who understand the specific pressures.

  • Research

Published work on the domain's real ethical and practical questions, with its funding disclosed.

  • Collaboration

Connecting people facing the same problem across different organisations.

  • Curriculum

What a council learns feeds back into the formation programmes.

How a council operates

A council is a formation and research body, non-partisan by design. Members join for the thinking and the peer relationships; appointments, contracts and introductions are outside its remit, which is what keeps the conversation honest.

Councils open where we have the faculty, participants and research capacity to run them properly. We will say which ones as they launch. Offer your expertise.
